It scored highly in our Strollers and Multiples Test for weight and fold dimensions, which means it's lightweight and compact when folded and easy to carry and put into a car trunk. It also offers a multi-position reclining seat and an adult cup holder. Other key features include 360-degree shock absorbing front wheels as well as two large hanging storage bags.

In our test of the push and turn it performed better than most of the other strollers that we test, but it's not the easiest to maneuver on uneven ground or through doorways that are narrow. The front wheels are able to be locked in a forward-facing position, or they can rotate. This is helpful when navigating rough terrain. We let the front wheels to swivel while walking along a stony path. It handled the situation well, although it seemed a little rougher.

Baby Jogger is best known for its 3-wheeled all-terrain strollers that jog. However, they also make a broad selection of pushchairs with four wheels. City Tour 2 is their most popular model. It is easy to use and folds down small enough to fit into a car boot even with the carrycot attached.

It weighs more than other strollers we tested, but because it has composite wheels made of rubber it feels sturdy and well-constructed. It is easy to maneuver across different terrains, and even with two children with shopping bags and other items.

The carrycot and the seat both have hoods that can be pulled down to reveal sun canopy extensions that are UV50+. They are strong and waterproof, in contrast to other prams hoods which can be blown back into toddlers faces.

It's not a lot of storage space, but it does have a big basket that's deep enough for a changing bag and plenty of groceries. You can also pair it with a Baby Jogger car seat that is suitable for babies up 20 lbs (car seat and adapters are sold separately).
