Path of Exile Item Upgrading

In Path of Exile, item upgrading is one of the most effective ways to upgrade your equipment without relying on big-ticket drops or trade. This article will show you how to upgrade your gear.

Upgrades to equipment give an additional bonus to the item's stats. This bonus is based on the upgrade component level and rarity.

Components

Upgrade components make your armour and weapons stronger. You can find them through destroying enemies, buying them from karma sellers or finding them in items-spheres.
